The Miss Fox Valley Scholarship Organization is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to helping young women build confidence, create lifelong friendships, earn scholarship money, and develop skills that will serve them far beyond the competition stage.

We award four titles: Miss Fox Valley, Miss Fox Valley’s Teen, Miss Geneva, and Miss Geneva’s Teen. The Miss Fox Valley titles are open to eligible candidates throughout Illinois, while the Miss Geneva titles are exclusively open to Geneva High School students and alumni.

Whether you take home a title or not, competing is an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, strengthen your interview and public-speaking skills, discover new strengths, earn scholarship opportunities, and build friendships that can last a lifetime. You don't have to win a crown to walk away feeling accomplished.

This organization is powered entirely by volunteers who believe in investing in the next generation. No one involved is paid for their time or efforts. In fact, our volunteers personally invest their own time, resources, and money to make this program possible. Every part of this organization is built with the goal of creating meaningful opportunities for the young women we serve.

The organization is led by Ariel Beverly, Miss Illinois 2019–2020 and a current teacher at Geneva High School. Since her time as Miss Illinois, Ariel has dreamed of being on the other side of the organization, mentoring the next generation of young women and creating opportunities for them to pursue their goals.

​

She is excited to build this program from the ground up with the local community at its heart, with the hope of developing future leaders, Miss Illinois titleholders, and maybe even a future Miss America, right here in Geneva, Illinois.
